VISTA High Quality Multi-storey Steel Structure Building

The multi-storey steel frame structure consists of beams and columns from welded H-shaped steel, hot-rolled H-shaped steel. In these frames, the beam and column system takes the gravity load such as dead and live loads. In developed countries, a very large percentage of multi-storey buildings are built with a steel structure. Steel is not so commonly used in the construction of multi-storey frame, but it is a better material than reinforced concrete. The use of steel in multi-storey building construction results in many advantages for the builder and the user. The advantages of using a steel frame in the construction of multi-storey buildings are listed below:
 
• Steel, by virtue of its high strength to weight ratio, enables large spans and lightweight construction.
• Steel frames can have a variety of structural forms like braced frames and moment resistant frames suitable to meet the specific requirements.
• Steel frames are faster to erect compared with reinforced concrete frames resulting in the economy.
• The elements of the framework are usually prefabricated in the factory under effective quality control thus enabling a better product.
• Subsequent alterations or strengthening of floors are relatively easy in steel frames compared with concrete frames.
• The steel frame construction is more suitable to withstand lateral loads caused by wind or earthquake.  


1 - Roofing system: It blocks rain, snow, and wind. Ensure a comfortable and dry working environment in the workshop/warehouse.

 

2 - Composite floor deck: A two-story or multi-story building, which is poured on the floor slab to serve as a formwork. Save time and improve construction progress.

 

3 - Hallway system: We can provide various wall partitions of different materials.

 

4 - Purlin: Support the roof sheeting and the fixed position of the roof sheeting.

 

5 - Finished metal siding and flashing: Roof and Wall are covering of color-coated corrugated steel sheet or steel sandwich panel, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, that is fixed to the outside of the structural building to protect it against bad weather or to make it look more attractive and last for generations.

 

6 - Painted Roll - Up doors and filler panels: Easy access. According to customer requirements, there are composite panel doors, electric shutter doors and so on.

 

7 - Support post: Supporting building.

1. Prepare raw materials: cut steel plate or use internation size H section steel and angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube, etc.;

 

2. Assembly and welding: our welders will follow the drawings to assemble the steel members and weld them together as an entire beam/column/brace and so on; (Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after finish welding, this is the first quality check)

 

3. Sandblast: After finish welding and polishing, our sandblast effect can reach 2.5 high grade, very good for resisting rust; (Secondary quality check)

 

4.Paint: Within 2 hours after the sandblast, all the steel members should be painted. The client can choose any color and any brand of paint. (The third quality check)

 

5. Inspect the goods by client: After we finish a part of fabrication work, we will invite clients to check the goods before we pack the steel frame.

 

6.    Packing and loading: If clients require us to load the goods by close containers, we will pack the steel structure members one by one on the steel skid and tie the whole steel package well. (The fourth quality check )

1 - Materials: Steel grade should be Q235B or above

2 - Frame lifetime: Normally 50 years

3 - Loads: Wind load, Snow load, Dead load, Live load, Seismic load, etc. according to project local environment status.

4 - Unit transport length 12m

5- Pre-punched: pre-punched on the column, beam, and purlin in the factory

6- Connection: Q235 high strength anchor bolts for foundation and frame join point

7- Foundation: pre-embedded parts on accurate position

8- Pre-assembly: Before shipment, it should be pre-assembly in our factory

9- Rust cleaning on steel surface:  rust removed by hand is not permitted

10- Anticorrosion treatment: Zinc galvanized or painting. The galvanizing thickness should be no less than 15μm. Painting: 2 primer painting (epoxy resin primer), 2 finish painting(alkyd resin paint) on steel

11- Fire resistance: Normally 2 hours for the column, 1 hour for beam

12- Wall surface: Decide what kind of materials according to the local environment

13- Roof surface: Decide what kind of materials according to the local environment
